Mindfulness hike

Come relax, connect, & enjoy Spring while gaining some mindfulness tools along the way!
Summer is ramping up. Can you feel it? Why not kick the season off with a little mindfulness so that you can be centered and present for what’s ahead. Hollie Conger, Mindfulness and Meditation instructor, will lead you and your fellow community members in a fun mindfulness activity before setting off on a short hike up the (trail).
11:00am: opening mindfulness activity
11:20am: 2-mile out-and-back trail hike.
Afterward: enjoy a short closing meditation, healthy snacks , and the company of your community members at the trailhead.
