I ask clients to make a commitment of 4 weekly 45-minute sessions at a time. This way you have the freedom to chose whether you’d like to continue coaching with me at the end of 4 weeks, rather than feeling tied to a long contract. Most coaching models encourage client and coach to work together for at least 3-months, and for a good reason; it takes an average of 66 days to form a new habit.

When most people get an invitation to do “improv” they’re fast on their heals to run the opposite direction. That was me 3 summers ago when Kris Bayer and Harold Shinsoto proposed the idea of doing improv work in a local park to offset the negative effects of 2020’s isolation.

Six years of practice and dozens of success stories using my unique approach to health and wellness.
In 2017 I earned my B.S. degree in Integrative Health-Care and a post bacc. certification in Health & Wellness Coaching, from MSU Denver. My internship-turned-employment began at the Eaton Senior Living Community Center in Lakewood, Colorado where I coached the senior population in improving their lifestyle for 2 years.
From there I went on to coach clients through my private practice, Hollie Rose Wellness, llc.
In 2019 I signed on with Noom Inc. as a Group Coach for healthy weight loss and currently still love coaching my groups!
In 2020 I became a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with NBHWC- the standard in health and wellness coaching.
I’m also a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instruction through the Natural Wellness Academy (2023).
We will meet for 45 minutes per session on a weekly or biweekly basis for 3 or more months.
You will get to access your wellbeing through a holistic lens and then set achievable goals that are relevant to the present but pointed toward your vision of your best self. Most importantly you’ll have the supportive ear and reflections of your coach, who’s promise it is to hold you in positive unconditional regard.
Fee Clients pay in full before coaching commitment begins unless prior arrangement has been made. Payments may be made by mail-in check, venmo, or through my website.
Procedure My clients call or arrive on time. They come to the appt. with updates, progress, and current challenges. They let me know what they want to work on and they are ready to be coached.
Sessions Our agreement includes a set amount of sessions. If you or I are on vacation, we spend more time before you/I leave and after you/I return.
Changes My clients give me 24 hours notice before they have to cancel or reschedule a call. If you have an emergency, we will work around it. Cancellation or a missed call within 24 hours may result in a $25 fee.
Extra Time You may call in between sessions if you need “spot coaching”, have a problem, or can’t wait to share a win with me (you can also text or email me). I enjoy delivering this extra level of service. I do not bill for this additional time of this type, however, I ask that you keep the extra calls to 5 or 10 minutes. When you leave a message let me know if you want a call back or if you are just sharing.
Problems I want you to be satisfied with our relationship. If I ever say or do something that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it up. I promise to do what is necessary for your satisfaction.
Not at this time. Though I am in the process of attaining an NPI (National Provider Identifier) recognition in order to reach as many people who want coaching as possible.
